Return Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or general wear. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing, and feel free to reach out with questions prior to placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: All orders are handmade to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships.

• Shipping Method: Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority, depending on size and location.

• Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Transit times may vary.

• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

• Lost or Damaged Packages: Bead Creative is not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

• International Shipping: Available upon request. Additional fees and longer delivery times may apply.
